You may have lots of experience at 1-on-1 coaching or teaching classes, but group coaching is a somewhat different animal. To successfully coach groups, you must hold each person’s agenda, the group’s agenda, and your own agenda as leader all at the same time. And to coach the GCN program, you need to do it all in 30-45 minutes! In this forum, we discussed:
